G4S announces our teaming agreement with Orange recruitment services in the Philippines, enabling G4S to provide qualified workforce recruitment services for military buildup staffing needs.

Orange International Recruitment Services Inc. (Orange), a licensed recruitment agency with the Philippine government, will deliver qualified workforce personel who meet stringent clearance and vetting requirements, for employment under DB-MACC (Design, Build, Multiple Award Construction Contract) opportunities.

We anticipate a significant increase of staffing needs across all industries as military build-up efforts continue.  Staffing needs will quickly exhaust Guam’s working population and companies will need to explore opportunities to recruit qualified workers from overseas.
