• Annette Pabunan, Business Development Associate

  “Cheerful, sassy, attractive, life of the party! ….is what you will hear from Annette’s friend and family who know her well. A proud single mom of two, born and raised in Manila, Philippines, this thirty- something  year old girl-at-heart is fond of collecting “Hello Kitty” items which includes a microwave, toaster, salt & pepper shaker, utensils and more.

  After many years of working with different companies in Guam, Annette’s ability to get along with people of all cultures and “walks of life”, shows she has a warm heart and is a people person. As a Business Development Associate for the company, Annette finds it easy to work in a customer relations environment, as compared to her previous accounting position.

  So says Annette, “with guidance and mentoring from experienced team members, I know I will succeed!”

• Benita Ignacio

  Benita aka "Benit" or "Ate" (Tagolog for "older sister") as she is known around the office, is another one of those amazing people who are able to make sense of the obscure world of accounting. Having been with the company since 2005, Benita has been the common denominator in Accounting in her current role as Supervisor.

  Don't let Benita's mild demeanor fool you. She has a liking for bowling which gives her the opportunity to socialize. “I love watching basketball, tennis and Filipino shows and can’t go a day without reading the latest news”, says Benita.

• Darrel Cabrera, Asst. Security Manager-Outrigger

  Darrell has been with the company for over eight years and takes pride not only in his own professional development but also the growth and experience of those he supervises. Darrell is a committed family man who loves every moment spent with his kids, as he cherishes the special relationship only a father can have with his children.  

  For now, working in security is a solely a means of supporting his family. He is pursuing a career in the  Army as an officer through the University of Guam ROTC program, and a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Darrell understands it only takes a split second for your life to change in an unexpected direction, which is why he sees everyday as a new opportunity to make a difference in himself and his family.

• Dwight Martin

  Dwight came aboard G4S in May of 2009 to bring our Information Technologies into the 21^st century as he immediately implemented IT changes which coworkers reluctantly embraced. Now he can’t walk through the office without someone saying “Dwight..I need help”, “Dwight..I don’t know how this happened”, and the all time favorite “Dwight..my computer is broken, I didn’t do it.”

  During leisure time, Dwight is a remote control model airplane pilot extraordinaire. As a kid he enjoyed building model airplanes. Now he enjoys flying all types of model airplanes from the Write Brothers "Write Flyer" to WWI, WWII, and Jets that fly at over 110 MPH.  And just as important, he teaches others to fly without crashing there models.

  In retrospect, being still single with no children (that he is aware of), Dwight relishes the idea of becoming a family man. “Maybe I should have learned the cha-cha sooner” says Dwight.

• Jennifer Zimlich, Projects and Logistics Manager

  Even though Jennifer aka “Jenn” has been with G4S for less than a year, due to the acquisition of PSA, she has been working in the security industry for 16 years (is there a retirement plan??..hmmm). What energizes Jenn at the office is her relationships with her co-workers. “They are a really great group of people” says Jenn.

  Away from the office, Jenn enjoys reading, sleeping, and shopping and the most enjoyment comes from being with her 4 kids, ages ranging between 2 to 22 years old. Aside from being a proud Mother of great kids, Jenn recently became a Grandma and relishes spoiling the grandson!  

  When Jenn was younger, she wanted to be a Marine Biologist, which is what she would be doing other than a career in security.

• Leihla Ingas, Central Monitoring Station Supervisor

  Imagine working in a freezer everyday, and you are required to keep your focus in responding to seemingly never ending incoming emergency alerts. Well as the Supervisor of the Central Monitoring Station, that's just a typical day for Leilha and her team of alarm monitors.

  Understanding that 911 operators have a stressful job, then being an alarm monitor has to rank just as high. In spite of it all, Leihla has perservered with the company for many years (lost count) and still maintains a gracious attitude. Leihla being almost 6 feet tall, we still have hopes of getting her to join the company basketball and volleyball teams.

• Teresa Bidwell

  As the Accounting Manager for the Cash Solutions department, Tess aka "Tess B" (because there is another person named "Tess P" in Accounting) has been with G4S a little over a year, due to the G4S acquisition of Armored Express Service. Tess is part of the special group of people who enjoys the process of financial analysis and reporting.

  Afterwork, you may find Tess enjoying a multitude of outdoor activities, especially going to the beach and reading. Tess takes every opportunity to relax and get close to nature. In her alter ego life, Tess would have chosen to be a Teacher.
