  • Julian Sablan - Guam Premier Outlets Security Manager Add this

    An ambitious young man, with the primary goal in mind, and that’s targeted achievements.

    Julian started in the company as a security officer in the summer of 2004, and after a short term with the commercial security department, he wanted more responsibility and took interest in hospitality security.

    G4S quickly became aware of Julian’s management talent and promoted to the role of security Sergeant at the Hilton Resort. To make a short story shorter, Julian is now the Safety & Security Manager at Guam Premier Outlets. If Julian isn’t at GPO, he’s enjoying a night of pool at the nearest pool hall working on some other small round targeted achievements. (can anyone say “pool-shark”)

    As the HR and Payroll Supervisor the Systems department, Mercie has been a dedicated employee and the consistent personality within the HR department. Even though most days Mercie can be found tucked away in her office, focused on completing whatever task at the moment, she provides a quiet reassurance to her peers and managers of "don't worry, I will take care of it".

A devoted family man, Moises enjoys the time he spends with his family and treating them out on special occasions, because he considers his family his greatest accomplishment.

    In an alter ego life, Moises would like to own a casino.

  • Paul Betancourt, Outrigger Resort Security Manager Add this

    A proud Mexican American, born and raised in the great state of Texas.

    With loyalty in his blood, Paul has worn many hats over the last 12 years with our company, with beginnings as a “front line” Security Officer, to the supervisor role at  P.I.C. Saipan, Guam office Training Manager, GMH Security Manager, Security Manager- Holiday Resort,  into to his current position of  Security Manager at the Outrigger Resort, Ohana Bayview, Ohana Oceanview and the Plaza Malls. (talk about multi-tasking)

    A married man of 3 years, Paul had 2 weddings, one on Guam and the other in the Philippines, and yes he has to recognize both anniversaries (as per his wife) and they still welcome and appreciate gifts and presents. Paul considers himself to be the “Idea, Go To, Customer Oriented, Safety Conscious, Training Fanatic, Team Building and Proactive employee of G4S.”

    Within the 2 ½ years Ray has been with the company as guard services Operations Manager, he has developed a strong belief that if the guard staff truly believes the company has their best interest in mind, they will perform at a higher level, hence Ray’s motto “Mission First, People Always”.

    Ray comes from a strong family oriented background, and mostly enjoys spending quality time with his immediate family.   Living in Guam for the past 20 years caused Ray to be separated from his extended family. “I came to realize that without the support of family members, life will be difficult, and chances of being successful will be limited” says Ray.

    On a personal development level, if the opportunity becomes available, Ray would like to further his education and earn a degree in business management.

    A seasoned operations manager, Ray has seen it all and heard it all when it comes to keeping the security troops focused on their duties. His military background provides the sternness needed for the job, while being a proud grandfather provides the compassion and understanding needed when his subordinates need wisdom and guidance.

    The ever present personality in the office, Ray is just as comfortable having a business lunch with a client, as he is grilling short ribs for coworkers at a company BBQ. As the long standing chairman of the Guam Hotel & Restaurant Association Safety & Security committee, Ray is recognized in the hospitality industry as the symbol of security professionalism.

  • Katherine Casil, Saipan Cash Solutions Manager Add this

    Aside from being the Saipan Cash Solutions branch manager, Kathy aka “Kat” considers herself proud Chamorro born and raised in the beautiful island of Guam, but relocated to the island called Saipan were it is known for its popular Apigigi (pronounced “a-pee-gee-gee”), a rice and coconut appetizer cooked in a banana leaf.

    Kat has been with the company for the 12years, starting as an Admin Asst. and worked her way up to Asst. Manager then to current role as Branch Manager. “It’s a very challenging job and at the same time I enjoy it because I get to meet the needs of our great customers and help them understand other services our company can provide to enhance their businesses” says Kat.

    When not at the office, you will usually find Kat at the bike path of “beach road” honoring her commitment to stay in shape and just pass the time away. As an option, Kat may head over to the soccer field, fulfilling her role as a “soccer mom” who supports her youngest daughter who plays for the women’s national team of CNMI.

    Soccer has always been a great part of Kat’s family life passed from generations. So as a highly motivated “soccer mom” the game will not start unless she, as the cheerleader, is there.

  • Anthony Gomez, Saipan Sales and Marketing Manager Add this

    Tony came to Saipan in 1995, and has been enjoying the island life ever since.  Growing up and going to school in Southern California, followed by a six year tour in the Marine Corps, Tony saw the Marianas as the perfect place for the next phase of his life. 

    After serving in various government management posts, Tony joined G4S in October of 2009.  Whether it’s a pickup basketball game or a dodge ball tournament, his competitive drive quickly surfaces.  An avid Los Angeles Lakers fan, Tony’s neighbors usually know when a game is on!
